Return od Goods

We believe that every order from our e-shop should bring joy at first sight and first smell. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here for you and will find a solution together.

Flowers

Flowers belong to the category of goods intended for rapid consumption. Therefore, they cannot be returned in the standard way according to § 1837(d) of the Civil Code. However, if the bouquet you receive does not match your order or arrives in poor condition, please let us know as soon as possible – ideally within 24 hours of delivery.

Chocolate boxes, sparkling wines and vases

For products that are not perishable (e.g., chocolate boxes, sparkling wines or vases), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with § 1829 of the Civil Code.

Conditions for returns:

  • The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must show no signs of wear or damage.

How to return goods:

  1. Contact us at kvetiny@kvetinarstvi-praha.cz – include your order number, the name of the item you are returning and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you a withdrawal form and instructions for sending the goods back to the following address: Květinářství-Praha, Returns and Complaints, Jugoslávských partyzánů 33, 160 00 Prague 6.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund your payment within 14 days using the same method you used to pay.

Note: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return concerns a legitimate complaint (e.g., defective or incorrectly delivered goods).
