Květinářství Praha.cz, Dana Rohová, based at 251 68 Kamenice - Nová Hospoda, Návršní 344, ID: 45875359 (hereinafter referred to as “Květinářství Praha.cz”), informs you in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) that, as the data controller of clients’ personal data, we process your personal data as follows:
We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide and offer you quality flowers and related services. In processing personal data, we comply with protection standards set by the Regulation. Below we provide essential information that may be important to you.

- Depending on the situation, we process the following personal data: name, surname, email, phone, address, provided services, and completed transactions. In contractual relationships, we rely on the information you provide during registration, therefore we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or untruthful information. In the case of any changes to your personal data, we ask that you inform us without undue delay.
- We process your data for the purposes necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, legal obligations arising from Czech tax and accounting laws, the necessary protection of our and your important interests, and our legitimate interests. If you provide consent, we also process personal data for marketing purposes.
- We do not process your sensitive data under the Regulation.
- All personal data are processed for the purpose of: fulfilling legal obligations, performing contracts concluded with you, and, if consent is given, for developing business relationships and commercial activities, i.e., offering our services and products, including marketing activities.

- Our legitimate interests in processing personal data include, in particular, the development of business activities associated with offering our services and products.

These entities also guarantee protection standards in accordance with the Regulation, including IT service providers, flower delivery partners, accountants, and law offices.
- Personal data are processed in accordance with legal regulations for the necessary period – generally for 3 years from the termination of the last contractual relationship, for statutory limitation periods, and archival periods set by law.
- You have the right to contact us at any time regarding your personal data we process. You also have the right to request the deletion or correction of your data, to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data, and to request that we transfer your data to another data controller.
