How to choose a bouquet?
Trust your heart.
Click on FLOWERS in the top menu and select from the available categories. After clicking on a category, you’ll see a list of bouquets. To view the details, simply click on the bouquet’s photo.

How to order?
Easily and online – even today.
In the bouquet detail, click Buy. An order form will open and guide you through the entire process up to completion.

Can I add a greeting card?
Yes, and it’s free.
Write your message in the field “Text on the inserted card” in the order form. We’ll attach the card with your message to the bouquet.

When should I order?
Anytime – the sooner, the better.
Ideally, place your order at least one business day in advance.
In urgent cases, we can deliver your bouquet within 120 minutes after receiving your order.

How fast do you deliver?
Very fast – express delivery!
We usually deliver within 120 minutes anywhere in Prague.
If you need the bouquet even sooner, call us at +420 775 686 696 and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
Yes, we deliver every day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
The only exception is Christmas, when we’re closed.
Orders for weekends and holidays are accepted until 3:00 PM on the last working day.

How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery prices are friendly.
Weekdays (8:00–20:00): CZK139.00 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from CZK1,500.00
Weekends and holidays: CZK199.00 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from CZK1,500.00

How can I pay?
Simply and securely.
You can pay by:

• credit card (VISA or MasterCard),
• bank transfer,
• Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Yes, all the above information applies to other items in our e-shop as well.
